一、工程概況
xx 特大橋，全長2490.16 m（DK148+553.49～DK151+043.65），基礎型
式：溫州臺為明挖擴大基礎，其余全為鉆孔樁基礎，最深樁長73m；設76
個墩，2 個臺，最高墩12m。其中跨永寧江23#～27#墩，自設計水位至承臺
底為3.5～10 米不等，要搭設水中施工作業平臺，做鋼圍堰或者薄壁混凝
土圍堰施工；另有6 個墩處在水溝、小河和泥漿池中，需設草袋圍堰或鋼
板樁圍堰。所有承臺采用低樁承臺，有水開挖。柱樁要求樁底嵌入基巖層
不少于2.0m（分布情況詳見縱斷面圖），樁長15.5 m～73 m，總樁長Φ125
計548 根，總長32509 m；Φ150 計56 根，總長3408m；鋼筋籠設計為Ⅰ級
鋼筋。全橋穿越地層分布為腐殖土、淤泥、砂礫層、粉質粘土、黏土、砂
層、全風化～弱風化凝灰巖層，最大地基承載力1000kpa。
二、施工工藝及程序
施工工藝框圖見圖2.1
施工程序：場地清理→測量班現場樁位放樣→報監理驗收→埋設
護筒、制備泥漿、導管泌水試驗→報監理驗收→鉆機就位→鉆孔→記
錄保存地質資料（地質情況與設計不符報監理及設計單位現場處理）
→鉆孔完成、初清→報監理驗收→下鋼筋籠→報監理驗收→下導管→
二清→報監理驗收→報工地試驗室開配合比、開盤證→拌合站拌混凝
土→罐車運輸→灌樁→拔除導管
