綜合管溝預埋件安裝施工技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1. 本工程包含的預埋件種類：
綜合管溝預埋件主要為預埋鋼板、預埋鋼管、預埋吊環及爬梯等。在標準斷面的電纜倉、水倉和通信倉內的側墻、底板和頂板均須預埋鋼板，防火門兩側各埋設一塊500×100×10鋼板；電纜倉和通信倉的頂板底、底板頂須預埋吊環，另在非標準斷面、綜合管溝交叉口及各種接出口附近均布置有預埋件。預埋件的具體布置詳見相關的設計圖紙。
2. 預埋件的制作：
預埋鋼板制作安排在公司車間進行，按照設計圖紙規格在車床加工鋼板，根據需用數量將加工好的鋼板運至施工現場。根據設計圖紙，規格為250×150×10的鋼板設兩排錨筋，每排3Φ14，錨筋間距為75.0mm，排距為50.0mm。規格為500×100×10的鋼板設一排錨筋，錨筋間距為100mm；錨筋與鋼板采用T形焊。
預埋Φ22鋼筋吊環安排在現場鋼筋加工場制作，按照設計圖紙進行下料、加工，制作完成后有序堆放在鋼筋棚內，并要注意防銹。
爬梯根據設計圖紙要求，若是包塑防腐爬梯，向廠家訂做，一般爬梯則安排在現場鋼筋加工場制作。
3. 預埋件的安裝：
(1).  測量定位：根據設計圖紙，按照預埋件的分布及間距在現場進行測量放線定位，并做好預埋定位點標記。
(2).  安裝順序：底板、側墻預埋鋼板要在其鋼筋綁扎完成后進行；頂板預埋鋼板及吊環要在模板安裝完成及綁扎鋼筋前進行。
(3).  固定措施：采用點焊的方法固定預埋件，固定時注意：
預埋件定位經復核無誤后，將錨固鋼筋與綜合管溝結構鋼

3. Embedded parts of the installation:
