交底內容：
一、 工程概況
本工程橋梁鉆孔樁基礎總樁數為20條，施工范圍從0#橋臺至3#墩，其中橋臺樁基雙排布置，樁徑為1.2m，橋墩樁基單排布置，樁徑為1.5m。橋臺樁基樁端持力層要求嵌入微風化鐵質粗砂巖2.5米以上，橋墩樁基樁端持力層要求嵌入微風化鐵質粗砂巖3米以上，并且保證樁底下面有不小于5米的完整基巖。
二、 質量標準
1、 保證項目
（1） 灌注樁用的原材料和混凝土強度必須符合設計要求和施工規范的規定。
（2） 成孔深度必須符合設計要求，樁端持力層為微風化鐵質粗砂巖，遇軟弱夾層時必須穿越軟弱夾層。
（3） 樁身材料：混凝土等級為C30，為水下混凝土；鋼筋R235級，HR235級。縱筋的混凝土保護層厚度為50mm。
（4） 分段鋼筋籠中的縱筋采用對焊接長，加強筋采用雙面焊；縱向鋼筋接頭應每隔一根錯開，同一截面可接長50％的總鋼筋面積的鋼筋，相鄰接頭錯開1000mm以上；螺旋箍筋與縱筋點焊，螺旋箍筋采用單面搭接焊10d接長。
（5） 采用正循環工藝成孔和清孔，樁身垂直度偏差要求不大于0.5％，樁徑偏差要求不得超過-50~+100mm，樁位偏差不得大于5cm，灌注混凝土前孔底沉渣厚度要求不大于50mm。
