綜合管溝模板工程技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1. 本工程采用建筑夾板作模板，厚度為18mm，構造尺寸為長×寬=980×1800。
2. 模板安裝前應在模板表面涂抹脫模劑。
3. 模板安裝前，必須經過正確放樣，檢查無誤后才立模安裝。
4. 模板必須支撐牢固、穩定，無松動、跑模、超標準的變形下沉等現象。模板拼縫平整嚴密，并采取措施填縫，保證不漏漿，模內必須干凈。模板安裝后及時報驗及澆混凝土。
5. 結構變形縫處的端頭按設計要求設填縫板，填縫板與嵌入式止水帶中心線和變形縫中心線重合并用模板固定牢固。止水帶不能打孔或用鐵釘固定。填縫板的支撐必須牢固，確保不跑模。
6. 墻模板：
(1).  管溝墻鋼筋綁扎完畢經驗收合格后，隨即清理其周圍雜物，為安裝模板作準備。
(2).  墻模板由φ48鋼管立檔及100mm×100mm木枋橫檔和φ48mm鋼管斜撐來支撐固定：先立100mm×100mm木枋橫檔@500mm，然后放φ48mm鋼管立檔@600mm。采用φ48×3.5mm鋼管斜撐固定內側板，斜撐底部采用預埋鋼筋固定。另外，在基底兩側預埋φ48×3.5mm短鋼管，將側模豎向圍檁與預埋短鋼管用扣件扣牢，以控制側模上浮。由于鋼管斜撐長度較長，為保證斜支撐的穩定，要求斜支撐之間進行有效的連接。
(3).  在墻軸線及邊線測量放樣準確無誤后，并將模板按組分塊，再開始安裝。模板安裝時，先安裝端部外側模，經吊錘吊直，拉線拉平后，將其固定撐牢，再依次安裝其余內側模待鋼筋等隱蔽驗收完成后安裝另一側模板，同時安裝、緊收對拉螺栓、斜撐等并加以固定。

6. Wall template:
