交底內容：
1. 綜合管溝及其附屬工程的結構砼為C30防水砼，抗滲標號為S6，墊層為C15素砼。
2. 混凝土的保護層厚度：
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結構的地下結構：底板下層、壁板外側和頂板上層為50mm，其余為30mm；
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結構的地上結構：梁、柱為35mm，板為25mm；
3. 混凝土配制：本工程采用商品混凝土，混凝土配置嚴格按設計要求的技術指標確定。混凝土配合比必須經試驗確定，水泥的選用要減小地下水對鋼筋及混凝土的腐蝕。
4. 混凝土澆注前對模板、鋼筋、預埋件、預留孔洞、止水帶等進行檢查，清除模板內雜物，隱蔽驗收合格后，方可灌注混凝土。
5. 混凝土澆注過程中隨時觀測模板、支架、鋼筋、預埋件和預留孔洞等情況，發現問題，及時處理。
6. 混凝土的澆注：本工程采用商品混凝土，并用流槽把砼從攪拌車直接卸到澆注地點。混凝土到達現場后，材料試驗員核準混凝土發車時間，混凝土的品種、強度等級，混凝土坍落度是否在規定的范圍內，并隨機取樣測定和做試塊，嚴格把好混凝土的質量關。不同的分部混凝土施工分述如下：
(1). 底板混凝土澆注：
A. 底板厚300mm，混凝土強度等級為防水C30、抗滲等級為S6。在底板面以上500mm設置一水平施工縫，施工中間設鍍鋅鋼板止水帶，截面為300mm×3mm。
B. 在混凝土澆筑前24小時內對墊層進行灑水濕潤，采用“一個坡度、分層澆筑、循序推進、一次到頂”的斜面分層法澆筑。
C. 每個施工段均選擇沿管溝方向澆筑，逐層覆蓋沿管溝方向推進。澆筑混凝土時保證每個工作面各有一個流槽。混凝土澆注要連續，一氣呵成，不留任何豎向施工冷縫。
