綜合管溝變形縫施工技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1. 綜合管溝工程每約30m分為一段，段與段之間設置變形縫，具體變形縫位置設置見設計圖紙中圖號為“RC501C-Z-07”中的《中環路綜合管溝變形縫位置表》及其說明以及相關的設計變更通知單。
2. 綜合管溝及其附屬工程中的變形縫，包括橡膠止水帶、雙組份聚硫密封膏、聚乙烯發泡填縫板等，變形縫所用材料應符合《地下防水工程質量驗收規范》（GB50208-2002）的要求。變形縫所用產品都應嚴格按照生產廠家推薦的方法裝卸、放置、裝配和安裝。
3. 變形縫嵌縫材料施工前，應對變形縫進行檢查，使其符合圖紙要求，并將預留凹槽內混凝土打毛，清掃干凈。
4. 止水帶中心線應和變形縫中心線重合，止水帶不得穿孔或用鐵釘固定；寬度和材質的物理性能應符合設計要求，且無裂縫和氣泡。
5. 在進行雙組份聚硫密封膏材料嵌縫施工時，縫內兩側應平整、清潔、無滲水，并涂刷與嵌縫材料相容的基層處理劑；嵌縫時應先設置與嵌縫材料隔離的聚乙烯泡沫塑料板；嵌縫應密實，與兩側粘結牢固。
6. 聚乙烯發泡填縫板橡膠止水帶中心線和變形縫中心線重合并用模板固定牢固。
7. 綁扎變形縫鋼筋時要保護已安裝好的變形縫材料。

6. Polyethylene foam sealing plate deformation joint rubber water stop center line and center line of fixed firmly re-merge with the template.
7. Lashing deformation joint reinforcement has been installed to protect when the deformation joint material.
