樁基礎施工技術交底
一、材料
1、水泥標號32.5；
2、碎石：花崗巖最大粒徑30mm ，級配合理，針片狀顆粒含量≤25%，含泥量≤2%，強度達到要求；
3、可采用中粗河砂，含泥量≤5%；
4、水用自來水；
5、鋼筋：縱筋Ⅱ級鋼，橫向加勁筋及螺旋筋Ⅰ級鋼。
以上材料必須有合格證，并按規定抽檢，經監理認可。
二、樁基施工工藝
（一）圍堰筑島：圍堰采用編織袋裝砂，圍堰尺寸按圖施工，內填砂筑島。
（二）鋼護筒采用奪取10mm的A3鋼板卷制。在焊接接頭焊縫處加厚10mm寬20cm的鋼帶，護筒底腳處加厚10mm寬30cm的鋼帶作為刀腳。雙用雙面焊，不得漏水。用樁錘自重下沉。
（三）泥漿采用優質膨潤土制備，在岸上設泥漿池。要檢測其粘度（進出）和相對密度（進出）。
（四）成孔工藝：鉆進前將泥漿加入孔內，用泥漿泵進行循環供漿。鉆進過程中，掌握好濃度，使泥漿既起護壁及懸浮鉆渣作用，又不致于因太濃影響鉆進速度。鉆機準確就位，先快速鉆進。專業人員作好記錄。泥漿比重控制在1.2~1.35，粘度控制在18~22S。待鉆進至微風化基巖達到設計標高或入微化深度為樁的直徑時，通知書監理工程師驗孔，合格證后終孔清碴。
（五）鋼筋籠制安：分節制作按長安放。鋼筋籠采用加勁筋（間距2m ）成型法，布好螺旋筋，籠內每隔2m設置△內撐，沿圓周方向在主筋上分段焊接4個保護耳環，主筋焊接在同一搭接區斷面內接頭率不大于50%。安放采用函節安放，兩節接頭互相焊接，主筋同一搭接斷面接頭率不大于50%。鋼筋定位后，將主筋或其延長筋焊接在護筒上。聲測管同時固定在鋼筋籠上放下，其上下兩端要用銅板封牢，以免漏進泥漿。安放完畢后，立即放下導管進行二次清孔。
（六）灌注水下砼：
1、樁基礎砼標為C25，按實驗室提供的配合比施工。坍落
