交底內容：
1. 本工程采用木膠合板作模板，厚度為18mm，構造尺寸為長×寬=980mm×1800mm。
2. 模板安裝前應在模板表面涂抹脫模劑。
3. 模板安裝前，必須經過正確放樣，檢查無誤后才立模安裝。
4. 模板必須支撐牢固、穩定，無松動、跑模、超標準的變形下沉等現象。模板拼縫平整嚴密，并采取措施填縫，保證不漏漿，模內必須干凈。模板安裝后及時報驗及澆混凝土。
5. 側墻模板：
(1). 側墻鋼筋綁扎完畢經驗收合格后，隨即清理其周圍雜物，為安裝模板作準備。
