施工技術(shù)總結(jié)
本標(biāo)段工程為深圳市內(nèi)環(huán)路城市主干道第三標(biāo)段,全長1083.75m。位于鶴洲開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi),北接洲石公路收費(fèi)站,南通107國道。本標(biāo)段起止樁號(hào)為K1+000~K2+083.75。本標(biāo)段平園曲線兩處,JD2、JD3折線一處、豎曲線4處、路口9個(gè)(其中5個(gè)小路口)。本標(biāo)段路基寬度為80m,為城市主干道,設(shè)計(jì)速度為60公里/小時(shí),雙向6車道。其中車行道12.25m(單側(cè))、輔道8m(單側(cè))、人行道5m(單側(cè))、中央綠化帶寬6m,主、輔道隔離帶5m(單側(cè))、路邊綠化帶6~7.5m(單側(cè)),路面結(jié)構(gòu)層主車道自上而下為25cmC35水泥砼、20cm6%水泥穩(wěn)定石粉渣、20cm4%水泥穩(wěn)定石粉渣,輔道路面結(jié)構(gòu)自上而下為22cmC30水泥砼、20cm6%水泥穩(wěn)定石粉渣,人行道結(jié)構(gòu)自上而下為6cmC25預(yù)制水泥砼彩色面磚、2cm1:3水泥砂漿、15cm4%水泥穩(wěn)定石粉渣。本標(biāo)段工程為市政道路,沿整條道路走向右側(cè)布設(shè)有沿路排水箱涵,道路南側(cè)的人行道下,布設(shè)有電力通道(即電纜溝),道路兩側(cè)人行道下布設(shè)有電信通道。本段給水管線沿道路走向兩側(cè)布設(shè),排水管線均沿道路走向兩側(cè)布設(shè),雨水每間隔一段距離接入沿路布設(shè)的箱涵中。
一、路基工程
K1+000~K1+110由于地處低洼處,積水嚴(yán)重,在路基設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高內(nèi)淤泥近兩木厚,經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)變更我們對(duì)該段路基進(jìn)行了塊石換填處理。使該段路基能夠滿足規(guī)范要求。K1+300~K1+800段在路基標(biāo)高內(nèi)多為近年堆放土、壓實(shí)度、彎沉值滿足不了規(guī)范要求。因此在路床下1.5m進(jìn)行翻挖并分層碾壓處理,確保路基壓實(shí)度及路床彎沉值滿足規(guī)范要求。本標(biāo)段大多為挖方地段,在
