一、項目概況
南昌至萬年公路建設項目（原稱南昌至峽嶺公路建設項目，2003年11月經上級批準，更稱為現名）依據江西省發展計劃委員會《關于南昌至峽嶺公路工程可行性研究報告的批復》（贛計能交字〔1999〕37號）、江西省發展計劃委員會《關于南昌至峽嶺公路工程初步設計的批復》（贛計設審字〔2002〕46號）、江西省發展計劃委員會《關于南昌至峽嶺公路重大設計變更及有關概算調整的批復》（贛計設審字〔2003〕341號）。該項目于2002年6月28日正式開工，2004年5月20日進行了交工驗收，2004年6月28日正式建成通車。
（一）建設規模及標準
南昌至萬年（峽嶺）二級公路始于南昌市北京東路延伸段與尤（口）氨（廠）公路交界處，沿鄱陽湖南岸修建。途經南昌縣、進賢縣、余干縣、萬年縣，終點在萬年縣境內的峽嶺與206國道相接。主線總長108.95公里，連接線長5.92公里。工程總投資原為54055.34萬元，經省計委（贛設審字[2003]341號）文件批復，調整后的概算為59034.78萬元。
