工程質量計劃
標段全長693.607 m。分為地面道路、排水與高架橋三部分。高架橋為獨柱或雙柱單幅橋，
橋長為693.607m；地面道路為道路改造工程，即梅東路~空軍醫院區段拓寬至50m，沙
河涌橋亦相應擴寬；排水工程包括雨水管和污水管。

二、質量計劃范圍
本質量計劃僅適用于內環路放射線黃埔大道二標段工程。
三、工程項目質量目標
推行全面質量管理，工程一次成優，創優良樣板工程。工程質量達到：
1、分項工程合格率100%，優良率95%；
2、單位工程竣工質量優良；
3、創無質量通病工程，杜絕重大質量事故。
四、質量控制原則
1、堅持“百年大計，質量第一”的原則。
2、以人為本，把人作為控制的動力，調動人的積極性、創造性，增強空的責任感，樹
立“質量第一”觀念，提高人的素質，避免人的失誤，以人的工作質量保證工序質量和
工程質量。
3、預防為主：把對質量的事后檢查，轉為對質量的事前控制，把對工程產品質量的檢
