B橋處理施工總結

深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程在深圳市海上田園風光建設指揮部、深圳市寶安區(qū)建設監(jiān)理公司、中南市政設計院、區(qū)質檢站等相關部門的大力支持下，我公司現(xiàn)已圓滿的完成了該橋的就位于加固等處理工作。

一、工程概況
深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程位于海上田園區(qū)內，是密林區(qū)至園區(qū)大門方向的主要通道，橫跨蘆花湖，橋長約40m、寬10.0m。橋墩偏移的主要原因地質條件差，淤泥深達7.0m，橋頭回填方擠壓使橋墩偏位，為了解決橋墩移位，特請鐵科院與中南市政設計院到現(xiàn)場查看，并提出相關的解決方案與施工圖，施工圖紙要求拆卸橋頭回填土方，校正橋墩進行加固，橋頭兩側回填輕質材料（EPS板），恢復路基。

二、施工情況
根據(jù)中南市政設計院施工圖紙進行加固處理，在該橋兩側即上下游河床采用砂袋圍堰抽水，待水抽排干后清理河槽底，橋頭兩側滑動土采用機械開挖土方自由卸車外運，其中南側挖方長41.5m、寬16.0m，北側挖方23.5m、寬16.0m，兩側挖土方2047m3，人工清理淤泥416m3，回填EPS輕質材料與石粉1870m3，原土回填607m3。
滑動土卸出后，于兩側校正借力復位樁，用采φ25mm鋼絲繩（抗拉力不小于150KN），一端套在復位樁的液壓式千斤頂，另一端套在橋墩的偏移墩上，慢慢加壓千斤頂進行復位。復位垂直線使用經緯儀進行定位控制，待橋墩完全就位后，河槽底（橋下）

First, project survey

Second, the construction of the

After unloading sliding soil, leveraging on both sides of calibration reset pile, with mining φ25mm rope (tensile strength not less than 150KN), one end of the set of hydraulic pile in the reset jack, set the other end of the offset in the bridge pier pier, the slow slow jack pressure reset.
