一、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)編制說(shuō)明
（一）編制依據(jù)
1、某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段招標(biāo)文件、參考資料、標(biāo)前答疑及有關(guān)補(bǔ)遺資料。
2、某省公路勘察設(shè)計(jì)院提供的有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、設(shè)計(jì)文件、設(shè)計(jì)資料。
3、交通部頒發(fā)的現(xiàn)行規(guī)范、規(guī)程、規(guī)則、驗(yàn)標(biāo)、公路工程施工定額、概預(yù)算編制辦法。
4、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘調(diào)查所獲得的有關(guān)資料。
5、我公司擁有的科技工法成果和現(xiàn)有的管理水平、勞力設(shè)備、技術(shù)能力，以及長(zhǎng)期從事公路建設(shè)所積累的豐富的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
（二）編制范圍
某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段，即設(shè)計(jì)里程K0+000～K11+750全長(zhǎng)11.75Km范圍內(nèi)的土建工程，內(nèi)容包括路基、路面、橋梁、立交、沿線設(shè)施等，達(dá)到交通部頒發(fā)的現(xiàn)行的交付驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并辦理交驗(yàn)為止的全過(guò)程。
（三）編制原則
1、嚴(yán)格遵守招標(biāo)文件所規(guī)定的工程施工工期，招標(biāo)合同條款以及招標(biāo)文件的各項(xiàng)要求，根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn)和輕重緩急，分期分批組織施工，在工期安排
