3、企業(yè)法人或委托代理人是否按照規(guī)定簽字或蓋章，是否按規(guī)定加蓋單位公章，投標(biāo)單位名稱是否與資格審查時(shí)的單位名稱相符。
4、投標(biāo)日期是否正確。  

二、目錄
5、目錄內(nèi)容從順序到文字表述是否與招標(biāo)文件要求一致。
6、目錄編號、頁碼、標(biāo)題是否與內(nèi)容編號、頁碼（內(nèi)容首頁）、標(biāo)題一致。 

三、投標(biāo)書及投標(biāo)書附錄
7、投標(biāo)書格式、標(biāo)段、里程是否與招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定相符，建設(shè)單位名稱與招標(biāo)單位名稱是否正確。 
8、報(bào)價(jià)金額是否與“投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)匯總表合計(jì)”、“投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)匯總表”、“綜合報(bào)價(jià)表”一致，大小寫是否一致，國際標(biāo)中英文標(biāo)書報(bào)價(jià)金額是否一致。
