4.交通部頒發的各類公路工程施工規范。
二．工程概況
1.概述
國道206線高速公路工程項目煙臺至黃山館段，起自煙臺市福山區古現鎮，與煙臺繞城高速公路相接于與古現鎮鄭家莊東南的八角互通立交，經蓬萊市、龍口市，終止于招遠市張星鎮的槐樹莊附近的黃招公路西，全線共跨越4 個市區、13個鄉鎮，線長77.500公里。該段是山東省“三縱、三橫、一環”公路網主框架規劃中“一環”的重要組成部分，本項目的建成，對“一環”公路整體規模效益的盡早發揮具有重要作用。
本合同段起止樁號為K0＋000-K9+727全長9.727KM，計算行車速度120KM/h，路基寬度28.0m,設計荷載汽車-超20級，掛車－120級，抗震烈度為VII度。合同價格為RMB198908728元。
  2.地形、地質、氣候狀況
 本工程地貌為低山丘陵區，路線所經區域地形起伏變化大，溝谷發育，沖積平原區內地形平緩，河流較為發育。
沿線地層巖主要為巖漿巖、變質巖及小范圍的沉積巖，第四系覆蓋層較薄，在河流沖積平原內第四系覆蓋層稍厚，以低液限粘土及砂土為主。
路線所經地區屬東部濕潤季凍區，山東丘陵副區，四季分明，春季多風少雨，常有倒春寒等凍害，蒸發量大。夏季濕熱多雨，雨量集中，秋季秋高氣爽，偶有秋旱或秋澇。冬季寒冷，雨雪稀少，無嚴
