沖擊鉆機施工樁基

1．施工方法
    采用GCF型正循環(huán)鉆機沖擊成孔，鉆頭采用“十字型”，泥漿護壁，泥漿比重1.4～1.8，含砂率6%，膠體率大于95%。孔口護筒采用鋼護筒，護筒壁厚6mm以上，旱地及河灘采用挖埋方式埋置，淺水區(qū)采用筑島圍堰施工，深水區(qū)設(shè)棧橋及工作平臺。鉆進沖程根據(jù)地層情況控制：一般地層2～3m，開孔時及溶洞鉆進時0.8～1.5m。終孔后采用換漿法清孔。鋼筋籠采用分節(jié)預(yù)制，節(jié)長8～10m，吊裝焊接入孔。樁身砼采用φ30垂直導(dǎo)管，拔塞法灌注水下砼。
    溶洞地層樁基施工：上覆層擴大孔徑0.2m鉆孔至基巖面下0.5m處，下入略大于原設(shè)計樁徑0.1m的鋼護筒至孔底以穩(wěn)定上覆層。鋼護筒采用1cm以上厚度的鋼板分節(jié)卷制，節(jié)長2～4m，吊裝入孔焊接。填充溶洞處理：投入片石及粘土，小沖程沖砸擠石造壁加固孔壁；未填充溶洞處理：投入袋裝片石及粘土或水泥筑成島狀，然后小沖程鉆孔通過。
