1、機(jī)械操作，要束緊袖口，女工發(fā)辮要挽入帽內(nèi)。
2、機(jī)械和動力機(jī)的機(jī)座必須穩(wěn)固。轉(zhuǎn)動的危險(xiǎn)部位要安設(shè)防護(hù)裝置。
3、工作前必須檢查機(jī)械、儀表、工具等，確認(rèn)完好方準(zhǔn)使用。
4、電氣設(shè)備和線路必須絕緣良好，電線不得與金屬物綁在一起；各種電動機(jī)具必須按規(guī)定接零接地，并設(shè)
置單一開關(guān)；遇有臨時停電或停工休息時，必須拉閘加鎖。
5、施工機(jī)械和電氣設(shè)備不得帶病運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和超負(fù)荷作業(yè)。發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常情況應(yīng)停機(jī)檢查，不得在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中修理。
6、電氣、儀表、管道和設(shè)備試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照單項(xiàng)安全技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時不準(zhǔn)擦洗和修理，嚴(yán)禁將
頭手伸入機(jī)械行程范圍內(nèi)。
7、在架空輸電線路下面工作應(yīng)停電。不能停電時，應(yīng)有隔離防護(hù)措施。起重機(jī)不得在架空輸電線路下面工
作，通過架空輸電線路時應(yīng)將起重臂落下。在架空輸電線路一側(cè)工作時，不論在任何情況下，起重臂、鋼絲
繩或重物等與架空輸電線路的最近距離不小于下表規(guī)定：
