3、 操作時上下手應站在機械側面，上手送料時，手要遠離滾筒。
4、 刨長料時，料要平直推進，不得歪斜，如走橫時，應立即搬撥壓滾閘，將滾臺降落。
5、 如木料不走時，應用其它材料推送，不能用手推送，如成批生產，應連續送料。
6、 不同厚度的木料，嚴禁同時刨削，以免木料彈出傷人。
7、 應嚴格按規定選用保險絲，嚴禁隨意改用代用品。
8、 木工機械必須實施二級漏電保護。
9、嚴禁操作人員在酒后進入施工現場作業。
10、每個工人進入施工現場都必須頭戴安全帽。
11、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應事先向工地報告。
12、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
13、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
