1、必須經技術培訓考核合格后持有效的特種作業證上崗。

3、電工必須熟悉《施工現場臨時用電安全技術規范》；
4、所有絕緣、檢驗工具，應妥善保管，嚴禁他用，并要定期檢查、校驗；
5、線路上禁止帶負荷接電或斷電，并禁止帶電操作；
6、帶危險性作業，必須有人在安全距離外監護；
7、電力傳動裝置的調試和維修時，除采取可靠的斷電措施外，在開關箱處應懸掛“有人操作，禁止合閘”標志牌，并有專人監護。
