內(nèi)容摘要：
1、 竹腳手架，從安全角度考慮應(yīng)逐步淘汰，如若使用竹腳手架應(yīng)進(jìn)行特殊計(jì)算。
2、 搭設(shè)高度20m以上竹桿腳手架，選材必須嚴(yán)格按國(guó)家《建筑安裝工人安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程》的要求進(jìn)行。
3、 搭設(shè)高度20m以下竹桿腳手架，選材必須嚴(yán)格按福建省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
4、 搭設(shè)砌筑外手腳，立桿根部必須埋入土中300mm以上。因地面層堅(jiān)硬無(wú)法埋入者，在距離地面高度400mm處綁扎水平掃地桿保護(hù)。
5、 腳手架的底部應(yīng)考慮排水措施，防止積水后腳手架步層的不均勻沉陷。
6、 所有砌筑或裝修腳手架都必須采用頂撐保護(hù)。
7、 砌筑腳手架，其主要桿件連接處，應(yīng)采用廣篾（或18號(hào)鐵絲）綁扎，每三個(gè)月檢查保養(yǎng)一次。小青篾（本篾）只能用于非主要非主要桿件的連接中。
8、 為了保證腳手架的整體穩(wěn)固，同一立面的小橫桿應(yīng)按立桿總數(shù)對(duì)等交錯(cuò)設(shè)置，同一副里、外立桿的小橫桿應(yīng)上下對(duì)直，不應(yīng)扭曲。
9、 立桿、大橫桿，斜拉桿的接長(zhǎng)，應(yīng)視梢部有效直徑接足1800mm以上。每300-400封綁一道。接桿中不宜三桿同時(shí)綁扎。
10、竹桿腳手架的拉結(jié)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按10-12號(hào)鋼絲雙股并聯(lián)的要求，與墻體牢固連接，并設(shè)支頭抵住墻體，形成一拉一支，保持腳手架的垂直穩(wěn)固。
11、嚴(yán)禁操作人員在酒后進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)。
12、每個(gè)工人進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都必須頭戴安全帽。
13、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時(shí)，應(yīng)事先向工地報(bào)告。
14、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過(guò)三級(jí)安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
15、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份證、計(jì)劃生育證和外來(lái)人口暫住證。
