推土機(jī)操作人員安全技術(shù)交底.doc

交底內(nèi)容：   1．啟動(dòng)前檢查工作裝置、行走機(jī)構(gòu)、各部分安全防護(hù)裝置、及電氣裝置等。
2．作業(yè)時(shí)挖掘機(jī)應(yīng)保持水平位置，必須等機(jī)身停穩(wěn)后再挖土，當(dāng)鏟斗未離開(kāi)工作面時(shí)，不得做回轉(zhuǎn)、行走等行動(dòng)，回轉(zhuǎn)制動(dòng)器，應(yīng)使用回轉(zhuǎn)制動(dòng)器，不得用離合器反轉(zhuǎn)制動(dòng)。
3．裝車時(shí)，鏟斗盡量放底，不得碰撞汽車任何部位。
4．作業(yè)時(shí)，鏟斗升降不可過(guò)猛，下降時(shí)不得碰撞車架或履帶。
5．在作業(yè)或行走時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁靠近架空輸電線路。
6．操作人員離開(kāi)駕駛室，無(wú)論時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短。必須將鏟斗落地。
7．作業(yè)后挖掘機(jī)應(yīng)停放在堅(jiān)實(shí)、平坦、安全的地方。
