土方開挖、壓頂梁及支撐梁施工質(zhì)量技術(shù)安全交底.doc

施工員交底內(nèi)容:
1、在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)施工單位工程(施工區(qū)域)的安全生產(chǎn)管理工作。
2、貫徹執(zhí)行安全技術(shù)規(guī)程和措施。
3、經(jīng)常檢查工人執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程的情況，堅(jiān)決制止不顧人身安全、違章冒險(xiǎn)蠻干的行為。
4、參加施工隊(duì)組織的安全檢查，對負(fù)責(zé)施工的單位工程的問題要及時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)整改。
5、發(fā)生工傷事故后，要及時(shí)保護(hù)現(xiàn)場，及時(shí)向上級報(bào)告，維護(hù)好傷員，參加事故處理，并做好工傷事故登記表，認(rèn)真貫徹防范措施。
6、貫徹ISO9002質(zhì)量體系，堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行本工程質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃，使各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量保證措施得以真正落實(shí)。
7、在施工過程中，認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行有關(guān)的專業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計(jì)文件，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行技術(shù)操作規(guī)程、驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
8、嚴(yán)格控制挖土深度，嚴(yán)禁超挖，第一層挖土深度為－4.5米,即支撐梁底標(biāo)高,嚴(yán)格控制地下連續(xù)墻墻頂位移。
9、支撐系統(tǒng)圈梁截面為1200*800,主支撐梁截面為800*1000,八字梁截面為800*600,嚴(yán)格控制支撐梁的截面尺寸符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求,確保支撐梁的施工質(zhì)量。
