施工用電安全技術交底.doc

技術交底內容：
1、 工地用電應由專職的持證電工完成。
2、 電氣設備檢修、停工、臨時停電或下班時，要由設備操作工拉開電源并加鎖。
3、 一切漏電開關、熔斷器、插座均應裝在配電箱內，其容量應與負荷相匹配。
4、 總配電箱除裝有電源總開關及其保護電器外，還應裝有各分路開關，零線要在總配電箱附近重復接地。
5、 所有樓層配電箱應采用金屬箱，箱體、箱門完好無損、有鎖；裝在室外者要有防雨裝置。
6、 導線應絕緣良好、載面符合負載要求；除不超過2M的燈位線和安全電壓的線路外禁止使用花線；架空線路離樓地面3.5M以上，跨越馬路應在6M以上，架空線路應采用電纜，并用硬質管保護。
7、 照明燈位一般應固定安裝在工人工作時碰不著的地方；室外照明應采用防水燈頭，否則應有切實的防雨裝置；民工宿舍采用36伏安全電壓；潮濕場所應用12伏電壓。
8、 熔斷絲脫扣器等保護應與負荷電流配合。
9、 所有電氣設備的金屬外殼均應采用接地（或接零）保護，接地電阻應符合要求；每臺設備應有就近操作的開關和保護；應定期檢查絕緣電阻應在0.5兆歐以上；放置室外的電氣設備應有防雨。
10、 應配備一機一箱一閘一漏電保護開關，并專人專機使用。
11、如工地內設有高壓配電變壓器裝置時，操作時應著絕緣鞋、戴絕緣手套及持絕緣棒進行操作。
