12、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應事先向工地報告。
13、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
14、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
