7、如地下水豐富需抽水，放潛水泵時，不準先將插頭插進插座，不準先通電，應等下方人員上來后，按程序插好插好插座→再合閘通電。抽水后，先拉閘斷電→拔開插頭→提潛水泵→人再下去作業。嚴禁人未上來就送電。
8、施工中要防止墜物傷人，吊裝作業時，吊物垂直下方不得有人。
9、用電設備須裝設漏電開關，并在班前試驗其有效性，無效不得使用，夜間施工準備好照明設備。
10、現場材料堆放整齊。電纜、電線理順，不得雜亂，二接頭包扎好，并用絕緣物支架起來。
11、做好現場、宿舍的防火、防盜等工作。
