交底內容 瀝青灑布車作業
檢查機械、灑布裝置及防護、防火設備是否齊全有效。采用固定式噴燈向瀝青箱的火管加熱時，應先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態瀝青淹 沒火管后方可點燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴散蔓延時應立即關閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應先封閉吸油管及進料口，手提噴燈點燃后不得接近易燃品。滿載瀝青的灑布車應中速行駛。遇有彎道、下坡時應提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動，行駛時嚴禁使用加熱系統。駕駛員與機上操作人員應密切配合，操作人員應注意自身的安全。作業時在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內不得有人停留。
瀝青灑布機作業
工作前應將灑布機車輪固定，檢查高壓膠管與噴油管聯接是否牢固，油嘴和節門是否暢通，機件有無損壞，檢查確認完好后，再將噴油管預熱，安裝噴頭，結實在油箱內試噴后，方可正式噴灑。裝載熱瀝青的油涌應堅固不得漏油，其裝油量要低于桶口10cm，向灑布機油箱注油時，油桶要靠穩，在油箱口緩慢向下倒油，不得猛倒。噴灑瀝青時，手握的噴油管部分應加纏舊麻袋或石棉繩等隔熱材料，操作時，噴頭嚴禁向上。噴頭附近不得站人，不得逆風扣作。壓油時，速度要均勻，海里突然加快，噴油中斷時，應將噴頭放在灑布機油箱內，固定好噴管，不得滑動。移動灑布機，油箱中的瀝青不得過滿。噴灑瀝青時，如發現噴頭堵塞或其他故障，應立即關閉閥門，等修理完好后再行作業。人工拌和作業應使用鐵壺或長柄勺倒油，壺嘴或勺口不應提行過高，防止熱油濺起傷人。
瀝青混合料拌和設備作業應遵守下列規定：
（1） 作業前，熱料提升斗、攪拌器及各種稱斗內不得有存料；
（2） 配有濕式除塵系統的拌和設備其除塵系統的水泵應完好。并保證噴水量穩定且不中斷。
（3） 卸料斗處于地下底坑時，應防止坑內積水淹沒電器元件。
