      施工安全防護措施補充方案
      根據(jù)2005年4月14日在我項目部召開的會議精神,并結(jié)合各站段所提出的具體防護要求,為確保跨鐵路施工的安全,對原上報施工方案中安全防護措施不足之處進行以下補充:
      一、站場內(nèi):
      1、認真組織各級作業(yè)人員學習鐵路營業(yè)線施工安全管理規(guī)定,制定跨線作業(yè)區(qū)域操作規(guī)程,培訓學習有關封閉作業(yè)要領。
      2、施工前,在鐵路限界外設置圍擋,避免施工過程中的機械設備和材料侵入鐵路限界內(nèi)。
      3、施工區(qū)兩側(cè)距相鄰線路中心線不少于3.5m,沿施工區(qū)界設置限界欄桿,所有施工作業(yè)和人員必須在限界以內(nèi)施工。
      4、施工區(qū)采用10cm砼鋪面,以保護地下各種鐵路設施。
      5、進入施工區(qū)需拆除A線橋下鐵路圍墻一段,在拆除圍墻處便道側(cè)設置道口看守房,派專人24小時執(zhí)班,嚴格執(zhí)行《鐵路道口管理暫行規(guī)定》,禁止非施工人員和機械進入施工區(qū)。
      6、鉆孔樁施工時采用長護筒,護筒長度不得小于6.0米。并采用成孔效率高,污染小的旋挖鉆進行施工,減少施工振動對鐵路產(chǎn)生的影響,泥漿臬置于站場范圍以外,鉆孔的泥漿采用泥漿車及時清運,防止四處流溢,浸泡道床及路基。
