孔下作業(yè)安全技術(shù)交底

1、 不準(zhǔn)只用人工提土架上下孔；
2、 使用井字架下孔時(shí)，應(yīng)由熟練工人操作，并有專人站于孔口附近指揮；卷揚(yáng)機(jī)吊鉤必須插上防脫插銷；
3、 使用軟爬梯或鋼爬梯上下孔時(shí)，作業(yè)人員應(yīng)穿安全帶，并將提土架膠繩綁于安全帶上；提土架膠繩應(yīng)無磨損，綁扎牢固；
4、 孔下作業(yè)應(yīng)有人于孔口附近做好監(jiān)控；
5、 大件材料下孔要綁扎牢固，小件材料及工具下孔應(yīng)用鐵桶穩(wěn)妥裝載，材料下孔時(shí)孔下作業(yè)人員應(yīng)回避并做好接放；
6、 孔下用電器要有漏電保護(hù)；應(yīng)妥善處理水泵的上下孔；
7、 孔下應(yīng)做好通風(fēng)、照明。
