一、作業(yè)工人司機(jī)必須遵守安全勞動紀(jì)律，安全防火制度，持證上崗，遵守安全交通法令、法規(guī)，服從交通民警和公路管理人員的指揮和檢查，積極維護(hù)交通秩序，保障人民生命財產(chǎn)的安全。
二、汽車起動前應(yīng)將變速桿放在空檔位置和拉緊手動制動器，仔細(xì)檢查轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)和制動系統(tǒng)是否靈活可靠，各部件螺栓是否緊固，輪胎氣壓是否合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
三、行駛中，駕駛員要有高度責(zé)任感，嚴(yán)禁酒后駕駛，一般情況下應(yīng)保持中速行駛，在車輛來往密度較大的地方，要謹(jǐn)慎、禮讓，不得搶行、通過特殊地段、交叉路口時，更要加倍警惕，在彎道、窄道或接近山頂、前方視野狹小地方，應(yīng)盡量靠右行駛并鳴號，嚴(yán)防與對面來往車發(fā)生碰撞事故，隨時注意氣候、路面、急彎陡坡和行人的情況特點，特別是通過村莊、小鎮(zhèn)時，要小心行駛，確保行車安全。
四、在道路寬闊，視線良好、操縱靈敏、制動有效、能保證交通安全的情況下，方可滑行，嚴(yán)禁在陡坡地段滑行；由前進(jìn)檔變?yōu)榈箼n，或由倒檔變?yōu)榍斑M(jìn)檔，應(yīng)待車輛完全停穩(wěn)后方可換檔，并在四周沒有障礙時方可倒車或前進(jìn)。

七、自卸汽車應(yīng)保持頂升液壓系統(tǒng)完好，工作平穩(wěn)，操縱靈活，不得有卡阻現(xiàn)象，配合挖掘機(jī)作業(yè)時，自卸汽車就位后應(yīng)拉緊手制動器。
八、卸料時注意在車輛上空和附近應(yīng)無障礙物，在高壓電線下或低壓線下及其附近作業(yè)，應(yīng)有足夠的安全距離，以免發(fā)生觸電，向坑洼地區(qū)卸料時，必須和坑道保持安全距離，防止塌方和翻斗；裝、卸地點路面必須平坦、堅實、嚴(yán)禁在斜坡橫向傾斜。
