文明施工的主要措施

在施工中，我單位將嚴(yán)格按照“集中施工、快速施工、文明施工”的十二字方針，把文明施工作為施工中的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)，以建立安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工地為文明施工目標(biāo)，總結(jié)我單位在其它工程施工中取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精心組織，合理安排，做到優(yōu)質(zhì)施工，文明施工。
一、健全機(jī)制，明確責(zé)任
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理作為文明施工的組織者，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工負(fù)全權(quán)責(zé)任。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工的直接管理由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部施工技術(shù)部負(fù)責(zé)，安全質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督檢查。由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和相關(guān)人員組成文明施工監(jiān)督小組，按照文明施工細(xì)則每周檢查，并在生產(chǎn)調(diào)度會(huì)上通報(bào)情況，提出整改措施。
二、文明施工措施
加強(qiáng)全體職工職業(yè)道德的教育，制定文明施工準(zhǔn)則。在施工組織、安全質(zhì)量管理和勞動(dòng)競(jìng)賽中切實(shí)體現(xiàn)文明施工要求，發(fā)揮文明施工在工程項(xiàng)目管理中的積極作用。
1、推行施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理。
（1）嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范施工，按操作規(guī)程作業(yè)；隨時(shí)保持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整潔，機(jī)械停放井然有序，原材料堆碼整齊，各標(biāo)志、標(biāo)牌齊全規(guī)范；施工便道經(jīng)常灑水，防止塵土飛揚(yáng)；各工點(diǎn)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行工完場(chǎng)清制度，廢料與垃圾及不再需要的臨時(shí)設(shè)施應(yīng)及時(shí)
