電焊工程安全作業交底.doc

內容摘要：
1、 進入施工現場必須遵守南靖信達建筑工程有限公司的各項安全生產規章制度和紀律。
2、 電焊、氣割，嚴格遵守”十不燒”規程操作。
3、 操作前應檢查所有工具、電焊機、電源開關及線路是否良好，金屬外殼應有安全可靠接地或接零，進出線應有完整的防護罩，進出線端應用銅接頭焊牢。
4、 每臺電焊機應有專用電源控制開關。開關的保險絲容量，應為該機的1.5倍，嚴禁用其它金屬絲代替保險絲，完工后，切斷電源。
5、 電氣焊的弧火花點必須與氧氣瓶、電石桶、乙炔瓶、木料、油類等危險物品的距離不少于10m。與易爆物品的距離不少于20m。
6、 乙炔瓶、氧氣瓶均應設有安全回火防止器，橡膠管連接處須用扎頭固定。
7、 氧氣瓶嚴防沾染油脂，有油脂衣服、手套等，禁止與氧氣瓶、減壓閥、氧氣軟管接觸。
8、 清除焊渣時，面部不應正對焊紋，防止焊渣濺入眼內。
9、 經常檢查氧氣瓶與減壓閥表頭處的螺紋是否滑牙，橡皮管是否漏氣，焊割炬嘴和炬身有無陰塞現象。
10、注意安全用電，電線不準亂拖亂拉，電源線均應架空扎牢。
