一、鋼筋一般知識
1、 鋼筋進場需有產品質量證明書，進場后應進行二次復檢，檢驗以同批、同牌號、同徑級、同一交貨狀態每60T為一檢驗批，冷拉20T為一檢驗批；
2、 鋼筋按照鋼及鋼產品一般交貨要求GB/T17505-1998的要求：
①、交貨的重量、級別、徑級、牌號、生產廠家、經銷商、到貨日期、車號、爐號、執行的標準等等；
②、力學性能、化學成分、B類鋼材的沖擊檢驗、質檢檢驗專用章、代表簽字及第三方檢驗章及簽字等；
③、外觀檢查，鋼筋應標寫廠名、直徑、等級等；
3、鋼筋混凝土用熱軋光圓鋼筋GB13013-91及鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋GB13788-2000：
①、化學成分分析1組（只），彎曲2組、拉伸2組；拉伸試驗伸長率為（Lu-L0）/ L0，其中L0為原始標距，其值為5d，Lu為斷后標距；
②、彎曲試驗180，無裂紋；
③、見證取樣時在鋼筋端頭不小于50CM處取得，直徑大于20MM的鋼筋取樣長度為45CM兩根，30CM兩根；直徑16、18、20MM的鋼筋取樣長度為40CM兩根，25CM兩根；直徑小
