一、工程概況及工程特點(diǎn)：
1.1工程概況
本工程為進(jìn)雄工業(yè)園生產(chǎn)廠房倉(cāng)庫(kù)工程，建筑西面與已建首期廠房相鄰，東面鄰324#國(guó)道，場(chǎng)地比較平坦，擬建工程為三層框架工業(yè)通用廠房。
擬建工程平面呈“一”字形，建筑布局為：柱網(wǎng)為8.3×8.4、五跨60個(gè)開(kāi)間，底層層高5.5m，二、三層層高4.8m，總高度為19.50m，建筑東西長(zhǎng)99.8m，南北寬42.2m，在⑦、⑧軸間設(shè)抗震縫，建筑面積為13153.93m2。
