渤海明珠住宅樓工程，總建筑面積約24500平方米，結構形式為25層剪力墻結構。

二、工程項目目標及實施
㈠、工程質量目標及實施
我公司一旦中標，將把該工程列入我公司的重點工程和創優項目，并嚴格按照ISO9001質量保證體系要求組織施工，使該工程在質量管理和質量水平上都上一個新臺階，確保工程質量達到合格標準，并爭創優良工程。分解各分部工程質量控制目標如下：
(1).地基與基礎工程質量達到優良標準。
(2).主體工程質量達到優良標準。
(3).裝修工程質量達到優良標準。
(4).地面與樓面工程質量達到優良標準。
(5).門窗工程質量達到優良標準。
(6).屋面工程質量達到優良標準。
(7).水暖工程質量達到優良標準。
(8).電氣工程質量達到優良標準。
㈡、工期目標及實施
我們將把本項目作為重點工程，合理安排工期，組織工種穿插作業，在保證質量的前提下高效快捷的施工。擬訂開竣工日期為2006年4月1日至2007年11月22日，總工期日歷天數為：600天。由于本工程將歷經2006—2007年冬季，實際施工工期約560天左右。(具體安排詳見施工進度計劃表 )

(3). Decoration is excellent quality standards.
(4). Ground floor construction quality is excellent with the standard.
(5). Doors and windows to achieve high standards of engineering quality.
(6). Roofing works to achieve excellent quality standards.
(7). Plumbing works to achieve excellent quality standards.
(8). Electrical engineering to achieve good quality standards.
Ii, objectives and implementation schedule
We will take this project as a key project for a reasonable period arrangements, organizational types interspersed operations, under the premise of ensuring high quality and rapid construction. Preparation and completion date is April 1, 2006 to November 22, 2007, the total number of calendar days duration: 600 days. As the project will be after the winter of 2006-2007, the actual construction period about 560 days. (See the construction schedule of specific arrangements for the table)
