第一章 編制說(shuō)明
【恒智天成】大廈是由【恒智天成】公司和【恒智天成】聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)，【恒智天成】設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)。該工程位于【恒智天成】，該工程設(shè)計(jì)新穎，風(fēng)格獨(dú)特，是一幢該區(qū)域標(biāo)志性建筑。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)其地上、地下各分部分項(xiàng)工程進(jìn)行編制。
第一節(jié) 編制說(shuō)明
本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的編制依據(jù)如下：
1、【恒智天成】大廈工程招標(biāo)文件；
2、【恒智天成】大廈工程建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)及各專業(yè)施工圖；
3、【恒智天成】大廈工程的地質(zhì)勘探報(bào)告；
4、現(xiàn)行國(guó)家有關(guān)施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范；
5、政府有關(guān)法規(guī)、法令。
由于編者水平有限，加之時(shí)間倉(cāng)促，編制過(guò)程中難免出現(xiàn)不足之處，請(qǐng)各位專家及同仁批評(píng)指正。
第二章 工程概況
第一節(jié) 建筑特點(diǎn)
本工程占地面積【恒智天成】m2，總建筑面積【恒智天成】m2，工程由地下二層，地上二層商場(chǎng)，北邊三至七層為辦公樓，南邊三至九層為商住樓組成，建筑物

The establishment of the construction organization design based on the following:

3, Chi Heng heaven】 【geological exploration report of building works;
4, the current national construction and acceptance of, structure specifications;
5, government regulations and decrees.
