第一章  施工組織方案簡介
一、工程概況
（一）工程名稱：
大邊大邊大東海佳新廣場裝修工程
（四）工程地點(diǎn)：
大邊市榆亞大道在東海購物公園內(nèi)
（一）工程規(guī)模：
本工程建筑基底面積約為4300m2，總建筑面積約為21000m2，建筑層數(shù)為5層框架結(jié)構(gòu)。
（四）本次招標(biāo)范圍：
1、根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件及初步設(shè)計圖紙，聯(lián)系并安排在大邊當(dāng)?shù)鼐邆湎鄳?yīng)設(shè)計資質(zhì)（包括裝飾裝修、給排水、電氣工程等資質(zhì)）的設(shè)計院實(shí)施施工圖的繪制出圖。
2、實(shí)施相應(yīng)工程項目的務(wù)類向政府部門的報批、報驗等工作，直至將本項目提交業(yè)主使用。
3、室內(nèi)工程
① 給排水工程（廣場給排水工程不包括在內(nèi)）。
② 商場內(nèi)燃?xì)夤こ獭?br /> ③ 電氣工程，包括商場內(nèi)進(jìn)線電纜、管線、燈具、開關(guān)插座等供應(yīng)和安裝（廣場插座工程不包括在內(nèi)）。
④ 空調(diào)機(jī)房所有進(jìn)線電纜、橋架及燈具、插座，一臺生活水泵、一臺氣壓罐的電氣控制箱及控制線路（機(jī)房內(nèi)空調(diào)設(shè)備控制柜及其控制管線不包括在內(nèi)）。
