1、前言
上海長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際貿(mào)易中心住宅樓工程位于上海市寶山區(qū)江楊南路東側(cè)、殷高西路北側(cè)、高鏡路西側(cè)，由上海長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際商業(yè)有限公司籌建。監(jiān)理單位為上海申安建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理有限公司，總承包單位為浙江海濱建設(shè)集團(tuán)（滬）。圍護(hù)工程設(shè)計(jì)單位為上海現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)有限公司，設(shè)計(jì)采用復(fù)合土釘墻圍護(hù)及放坡大開挖兩種形式，基坑圍護(hù)的施工任務(wù)由武漢豐達(dá)地質(zhì)工程有限公司上海分公司承擔(dān)。為保證圍護(hù)的質(zhì)量及施工進(jìn)度，滿足設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)方的要求，做到“優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、安全、低耗、文明”的完成本項(xiàng)目，特編制本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。
本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)下列依據(jù)編制而成：
一、 設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及其有關(guān)要求；
二、 現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)程、規(guī)范：
1、 《上海長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際貿(mào)易中心住宅部分巖土工程勘察報(bào)告》（2005-SH8）；
1 Introduction
