第一章  編制依據(jù)

一、　編制依據(jù)

本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)作為指導(dǎo)投標(biāo)的依據(jù)，編制時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、勞動(dòng)力組織、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制、機(jī)械設(shè)備及周轉(zhuǎn)材料配備、主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方法、工程質(zhì)量控制措施、安全生產(chǎn)保證措施、文明施工及環(huán)境保護(hù)措施、降低成本措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學(xué)性及可行性。是確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務(wù)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)文件。
本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)以下幾項(xiàng)編制：
一、韶關(guān)衛(wèi)校頒發(fā)的“韶關(guān)衛(wèi)校綜合樓（學(xué)生公寓）（教學(xué)樓）施工招標(biāo)書”。
二、韶關(guān)市建設(shè)局文件《韶關(guān)市建設(shè)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工管理辦法》。
三、地震出版社出版的《建筑安裝工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)集》。
四、現(xiàn)行國家有關(guān)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)程。
Chapter prepared on the basis
