華中科技大學教工高層住宅樓工程擬建于華中科技大學校區內，由華中理工大學建筑設計研究院設計，是學校教職工出資興建的，本次投標為第Ⅲ標段，除樁身以外的土建、室內給排水、電氣，除電梯以外的設備安裝及消防工程。

Chapter Project Overview and engineering characteristics of
