一、工程概況
新世界花園商業(yè)回遷樓工程位于崇文區(qū)崇文門外大街西側，工程于1999年11月開工，2000年11月結構封頂，2001年11月工程竣工，該樓結構工程被評為結構長城杯，單位工程質量評定為優(yōu)良。
回遷樓工程占地面積7600 m2，建筑面積56351 m2，建筑平面橫軸編號A－1/N軸，縱軸編號0/1－14軸，平面呈“L”型，地下三層，地上10層/14層，負二、負三層為車庫，負一層為設備層，正負零以上建筑功用為辦公、商業(yè)、餐飲。
本工程為全現(xiàn)澆框架剪力墻結構，筏形基礎，鋼筋砼底板厚800mm，基礎上返梁高度為2000 mm。結
