 北京市三露廠生產(chǎn)、科研、培訓(xùn)綜合樓位于北京市經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)，北臨13號(hào)路，南臨榮華路，東面是隆慶路。由輕工業(yè)部規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，中國(guó)建筑科學(xué)研究院北京凱勃建筑監(jiān)理公司監(jiān)理，北京市質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站四室監(jiān)督，業(yè)主為北京市三露廠，由中建一局五公司總承包施工。
工程占地面積25070m2，+0.00絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為31.76m，室外絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為30.56m，室內(nèi)外高差為1.2m，工程總建筑面積為42848m2，其中首層面積為9091m2，為地下一層，地上A段為四層，B段為四層局部六層，C段為五層和六層的綜合性建筑，地下一層層高為4.8m和6m，地上一至六層層高分別為6、4.8。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系為現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu)，抗震等級(jí)為二級(jí)，基礎(chǔ)形式：A段、C段為筏基，B段為獨(dú)立柱基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)防水采用結(jié)構(gòu)自防水和SBS防水卷材。
