在2006年這一年內的時間里，我兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做好本職業(yè)工作，積極自覺利用節(jié)假日參與設施廠的加班加點工作。用滿腔熱情積極、認真地完成好每一項任務，嚴格遵守設施廠的各項規(guī)章制度，認真履行崗位職責，自覺按章操作；平時生活中團結同事、不斷提升自己的團隊合作精神。本人主要職責是負責交通工程的土建安裝、項目管理、工程竣工資料以及工程預結算資料歸檔工作，兼顧現(xiàn)場施工技術管理員。
現(xiàn)將我的工作情況作如下匯報有如下幾點：
01. 負責G105線（溫泉～陳田段）交通整治工程 I 標、II 標和G107線（大沙地~東莞交界）交通整治工程的竣工資料整理歸檔，以及現(xiàn)場施工指揮無線交通信號燈工程和標志安裝等多項工作。從這三個工程項目管理中，我更透切了解和掌握交通安全設施工程管理的奧秘：
a、從安排材料和機械進場、構件生產任務通知單、桿件材料成品、倉庫購買材料記入、施工任務通知單、直至到工程竣工驗收結算等各方面工作，無不緊湊嚴密；安排得當合理與否，是影響工程進度的一個重要因素。
b、在廠各個部門同時要相互協(xié)調，使人力、物力、財力等資源得到更充分發(fā)揮，工程項目造價就會淋漓盡致地表現(xiàn)出來，能夠充分把握住控制成本。例如，生產構件和施工技術是否按足設計圖紙和施工圖紙以及施工技術規(guī)范要求，若不然到工程竣工驗收時，質量監(jiān)督站勘查驗收會各項細節(jié)工作疏忽而定結論：該工程經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場驗收情況觀察仍存在不少問題（施工工藝不符合設計要求；構件生產成品尺寸沒有達到設計值；竣工資料不齊全，缺少材料質量證明原件，無相關檢測報告等）。
c、在交通信號燈工程方面，要考慮現(xiàn)
