1、連接件安裝工藝及技術方案
  1.1工藝流程說明：
   工藝流程：熟悉圖紙及技術交底→熟悉施工現場→尋準預埋鐵件對準豎梁線→拉水平線控制水平高度及進深位置→點焊→檢查→加焊→防腐→記錄。
1.2 基本操作說明：
   1.2.1 熟悉圖紙：了解前段工序的變化更改及設計變更。
   1.2.2熟悉施工現場：施工現場的熟悉包括兩方面的內容，一是對已施工工序質量的驗收；二是對照圖紙要求對下步工作的安排。
   1.2.3尋準預埋鐵件：預埋鐵件的作用就是將連接件固定，使幕墻結構與主體砼結構連接起來。故安裝連接件時首先要尋找原預埋件，只有尋準了預埋件才能很準確地安裝連接件。
   1.2.4對照豎梁垂線：豎梁的中心線也是連接件的中心線，故在安裝時要注意控制連接件的位置，其偏差小于2mm。
