淺談混凝土空心砌塊墻體開裂原因及防治

近年來，為了節約土地資源，保護環境，節約能源，我國政府正在大力推行取代傳統粘土磚的新型墻體材料。新型墻體材料主 要有燒結多孔磚、空心磚、多孔磚、煤矸石普通磚、粉煤灰燒結磚、蒸壓灰砂磚、混凝土小型空心砌塊、輕集料砌塊、陶粒砌塊、 加氣混凝土砌塊、石膏砌塊、輕質墻板、復合墻板等，目前，多采用砌塊墻體。但隨著混凝土砌塊大量用于房屋建筑，墻體普遍出 現了較嚴重的開裂，墻體開裂問題日益突顯。墻體的開裂，給人們造成了一種不安全感，因此也成為老百姓投訴的新熱點。混凝土 砌塊墻體開裂的原因是多方面的，也是很復雜的。

一、砌塊材料自身的原
