為提高監(jiān)督工作質(zhì)量，增加透明度，使監(jiān)督工作制度化、程序化，根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院《建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理?xiàng)l例》和國(guó)家有關(guān)建設(shè)法規(guī)、強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定南京奧體中心工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作方案，請(qǐng)建設(shè)各方配合執(zhí)行。由于目前所出具的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙只到樁基工程，基礎(chǔ)、主體、屋面、裝飾、設(shè)備安裝等工程的監(jiān)督重點(diǎn)，待其圖紙到位后另行制定。
