本措施適用于10~13層（含10層、13層），抗震設(shè)防烈度為6度、7度，帶有一層地下室（非人防設(shè)計(jì)），結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用短肢剪力墻–一般剪力墻（不得采用純短肢剪力墻）鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的小高層住宅結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。不包括帶轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)和多塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)。
This measure applies to 10 to 13 layers (with 10 layers, 13 layers), the seismic intensity of 6 degrees, 7 degrees, with a layer of the basement (non-air defense design), with short shear wall structural systems - general wall (not pure short-limb shear wall) reinforced concrete structure design of small high-rise residential structures. Does not include multi-layer structure with conversion tower structure.
