        二、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
        1、門窗工程驗收時應(yīng)檢查下列文件和記錄
        1）門窗工程的施工圖、設(shè)計說明及其他設(shè)計文件。
        2）材料的產(chǎn)品合格證書、性能檢測報告、進(jìn)場驗收記錄和復(fù)驗報告。
        3）特種門及其附件的生產(chǎn)許可文件。
        4）隱蔽工程驗收記錄。
        5）施工記錄。
        2、門窗工程應(yīng)對下列材料及性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行復(fù)驗。
        1）人造木板的甲醇含量。
        2）建筑外墻金屬窗，塑料窗的抗風(fēng)壓性能、空氣滲透性能和雨水滲透性能。
        3、門窗工程應(yīng)對下列隱蔽工程項目進(jìn)行驗收
        1）預(yù)埋件和錨固件。
