一、  施工準備
    1  材料及主要機具：
    1.1  木板（厚度為20～50mm）、竹膠板或定型組合鋼模板（長度為600、750、900、1200、1500mm，寬度為100、150、200、250、300mm）、陰陽覒模、連接角模。
    1.2  方木、木楔、支撐 (木或鋼)，定型組合鋼模板的附件 (U形卡、L形插銷、3形扣件、碟形扣件、對拉螺栓、鉤頭螺栓、緊固螺栓)、鉛絲 (12號～14號)、隔離劑等。
1.3  打眼電鉆、搬手、鉗子。
二、作業(yè)條件
