爐渣墊層

本技術交底適用于混凝土基層上做爐渣墊層工程。
1．材料要求
(1)爐渣：宜采用煙煤爐渣，表觀密度應為800kg/m3以內；爐渣內不應含有機雜質和未燃盡的煤塊，粒徑不應大于40mm，且不可大于墊層厚度的1/2；爐渣粒徑在5mm以下者，不得超過爐渣總體積的40%。
(2)水泥：325號普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，也可用火山灰水泥或粉煤灰水泥。
(3)石灰：塊灰使用前需經水粉化，過篩；也可用加工磨細石灰粉水溶后使用。
2．主要機具
(1) 機械：攪拌機、手推車、平板振搗器。

1. Material requirements
