   1.1  本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑工程雨水管、變形縫制作與安裝。
    2.1  材料及要求：
    2.1.1  所用材料的品種、規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)詳圖的要求。
    2.1.2  板材及管材：26號(hào)鍍鋅白鐵皮、鑄鐵管、2mm厚薄鋼板、3mm×20mm扁
鐵及 6圓鐵。
    2.1.3  其他材料： 6螺絲、圓釘、焊條、焊錫、稀鹽酸、水泥等。
    2.2  主要機(jī)具；
    2.2.1  機(jī)械：剪板機(jī)、咬口機(jī)、無(wú)齒鋸，電焊機(jī)。
    2.2.2  用具：電烙鐵、硬方木、硬木拍板、木錘、鋼鏨子、鋼針、方鋼、螺
絲刀、圓鋼管、折尺、直尺、劃線規(guī)。
    2.3  作業(yè)條件：
    2.3.1  屋面找平層施工已完成，經(jīng)檢查驗(yàn)收合格。
    2.3.2  建筑物雨水管處裝飾工程已完成，具備做雨水管的條件。
    2.3.3  為施工安裝屋面必須設(shè)有防護(hù)欄，確保安裝水落口等的操作安
1.1 This process is applicable to industrial and civil engineering rainwater, deformation joint production and installation.
    2.1 Materials and requirements:
    2.1.1 The variety of materials, specifications and standards should comply with the design detailing requirements.
    2.1.2 Sheet and Tube: 26 white galvanized iron, cast iron pipe, 2mm thickness steel plate, 3mm × 20mm flat
Iron and 6 round iron.
    2.1.3 Other Materials: 6 screws, nails, welding, soldering, hydrochloric acid, and cement.
    2.2 Main equipment;
    2.2.1 Machinery: shearing machine, pittsburgh lock machine, no tooth saws, welding machines.
    2.2.2 equipment: electric iron, hard-side wood, hardwood, closed, wooden hammer, steel chisel, needle, square steel, screw
Wire cutter, round steel, folding ruler, ruler, marking regulations.
    2.3 Operating conditions:
    2.3.1 Roof leveling layer construction has been completed by the inspection acceptance.
    2.3.2 Office Buildings rainwater decorative works have been completed, the conditions have to do rain water pipes.
    2.3.3 for the construction and installation of the roof must have guards to ensure that operations such as installation of safety fall-mouth
